The PRS Sparkler Filter Press is a precision-engineered, horizontal filter designed for efficient solid-liquid separation using positive pressure. Liquid enters through the filter plates, where suspended solids are trapped by the filter media
allowing clear filtrate to flow out through central channels.
Compact and robust, this leak-proof filter press is ideal for syrups, chemicals, oils, beverages, and more. Its swing bolt design ensures airtight sealing and quick assembly/disassembly. Optional jacketing allows product heating or cooling, and the zero hold-up feature ensures full fluid recovery.
Available in stainless steel and other materials, with plate sizes from 8" to 33" and filtration areas from 0.1 to 10 m², it is skid-mounted for portability and ease of use.
Working ::::
The slurry is pumped through the filter plates, solids are retained on the media, and clear filtrate exits through side channels. Air or inert gas can be used to dry the cake for complete recovery.
